Cohorts of school-community teams join the Indiana Student Achievement Institute each year. Over a three-year period, teams attend fifteen leadership training workshops, receive significant technical support and helpful resources including an online school improvement management system. Teams learn how to help their school and community progress through the Vision-to-Action systemic change process for the purpose of raising student achievement and closing achievement gaps.
