Cohorts of school-community teams join the Indiana Student Achievement Institute each year. Over a three-year period, teams attend fifteen leadership training workshops, receive significant technical support and helpful resources, and obtain a small grant. Teams learn how to help their school and community progress through the Vision-to-Action systemic change process for the purpose of raising student achievement and closing achievement gaps.
