The Conference's Role in School Improvement Planning

The Indiana Conference on Learning can support the development of your school improvement plan. We suggest that your school identify local barriers Photo of Lanesville Community Schools accepting 2007 Top Gainer Awardto learning prior to the conference. For example, some schools may feel instructional alignment with standards is a concern, while others may decide that student engagement is a learning barrier at their school. Once local barriers to learning are identified, participants can then come to the conference "shopping" for strategies that address their school's specific barriers to learning.
