Now is the time to look at the VTA Process and your calendar as a committee and see what needs to be planned in order to successfully complete the remainder of the SIP work for the year. April and May will go very quickly; school calendars get filled with year-end activities. Be sure to set up a Steering Team work schedule in order to get items for the SIP completed in a timely manner. The VTA process calendar is set up in order for schools to finish by June 15; please plan accordingly. If you find yourselves running behind schedule, now is the time to contact Tina for some coaching tips on how to schedule the workload in order to be finished on time.

APRIL: ROOT CAUSES
After attending the webinar on April 5 (or viewing the archived webinar once it's linked on the VTA Process) the Steering Team will be looking at the information collected from student, parent, teacher, and community surveys as well as the various root cause summaries (part 2, Collect Data on the VTA Process Page). Discussion will culminate in using the two Instagraphs (Sue will demonstrate their use during the webinar) that will determine the Root Causes to be submitted by the April 30 deadline.
