Redesigning School Counseling Workshop Series

The American Student Achievement Institute provides leadership development for cohorts of schools interested in redesigning their school counseling programs. Participating schools send a Steering Team consisting of two to six members to a series of four workshops over the period of one year. Between workshops, the Steering Team (1) leads a local Advisory Council through a series of discussions designed to help the school develop a vision-based, data-driven, and accountable school counseling program, and (2) completes "homework" related to various components of their redesigned school counseling program.
